Our Process
From Seed to Store
Sourcing and Creation
Direct Sourcing: We guide and manage every step of the sourcing process. Whether it’s through procuring certified fiber or yarn from our trusted partners or starting directly from the seed planting, we know the origin of every material to provide full traceability and certifications.

Production
Fiber to Fabric: Once we have the fiber, we oversee its transformation into yarn and then into woven or knitted fabric.
Dyeing: Our fabrics undergo eco-friendly dyeing processes, either at the fabric stage or as finished garments, using plant-based dyes and other sustainable methods.
Washing: We utilize only GOTS approved softeners and wash inputs that are free of toxins and harsh chemicals, ensuring our fabrics feel soft on the skin and safe for the planet

Manufacturing
Cut, Make, Trim (CMT): The final step is the manufacturing of the finished product. We ensure that this process is completed within vertically integrated and certified ethical factories that manage everything in-house to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency

We exclusively offer a range of sustainable labels and packaging to compliment any product type and brand vision, from options including biodegradable or compostable pouches, to recycled plastic boxes, to seed paper hang tags that can be planted after purchase.

Inspection & Testing: All orders undergo thorough internal and 3rd party inspections, as well as robust 3rd party lab testing to ensure quality and accuracy prior to shipping.
